Instructional planning is a collective consciousness that accumulates with development and experience. As a striving educator, I am eager to provide any and all upcoming students with the best possible learning experiences I am capable of. The on-going preparation, skills, and tools that go into planning occur on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis. It is the responsibility of the instructor to present daily comprehensive lesson plans, integrated at a meaningful and appropriate level. Current educators, and rising educators, must not only determine what content to include in their objectives, but also understand the fundamental goals of the educational system. An effective teacher recognizes the importance of the instructional process, where the instruction is planned, delivered, and assessed according to student outcomes.
